Couple with with State of the Art body scans that will show you exactly what you have achieved in just 28 days with us!
8 Small Group Training sessions (2 per week), with the option to add in a 3rd session weekly on a Friday or Saturday
Sessions run for 45 mins
Nutrition coaching via an easy to use App, Nutrition Booklet and complete accountability and support.
State of the Art Body scans at the start, middle and end of the challenge so you can see the results you have achieved.

We have a unique and effective combination of Strength Training and Cardio to ensure you are burning fat, increasing your metabolism, and building lean, toned muscle.
No ladies this doesn't mean you will become bulky, and guys yes you need to drop fat to reveal the abs, so we cater the sessions to suit you, your fitness and your goals.
Why group training? Because after 20 years in the industry we have seen it work! You build a community, you are motivated, and people are less likely to skip out on their mates during the chilly winter mornings.
Sessions will be capped at 6 people per training session to ensure you are given expert guidance and support during your session..
We have our starting timetable below.
We are open to feedback and as we grow we can always add more times slots as demand increases.
If you want a custom time let us know, but we can't open new slots with less than 3 people in the slot .

Heading into Summer we plan to be offering PT sessions and combination PT and class packages.
We will also looking for a Yoga instructor to add in weekly flexibility workouts for members only.
We also run 3 Day Fitness, Food & Mindset Intensives for people who really want an immersive experience
